This is a minor release adding a new integration domain (non-negative
real numbers) and minor bug fixes (including spelling errors).

  - New integration domain P = (0,\infty)^n with associated generic
    classes and two integration functions (log-normal and log-t
    densities).

  - New integration test function BFN4 for the unit hypercube.

  - Rewrites exactIntegral method in standardSimplex_exp_sum.R to avoid
    using the gsl package.

  - Corrects spelling errors in documentation.
